Arkle ePos Troubleshooting

Here are a list of common problems and what to check.  Will will be adding videos to this post.

Bets Stop Settling / Results stop coming in
3 programs are required to correct process results.
2 run on your sis terminal

• Sis bet settling feed collector (this collects data from sis)
• Arkle Feed (this processes the data from sis)

1 runs on your server machine

• Bet Settler (this processes your results and marks slips). 
  • Tip: Make sure you only have one bet settler open, opening multiple will drain resources and impact performance

Cybview Slip Scanner stops
(note you do not need to log off and back on)

• Check leads are firmly in back of scanner
• Windows | Form Scanner
• Select Diagnostics Tab
• Click Initialise (after about 2 seconds text should appear in the text box, with the margin/gama/threshold). And you should get a notification in bottom right that scanner has worked.
• If this does not work, remove the power lead from scanner and put back in and repeat.
